Workshops and DIY Kits
This category is not eligible for returns or refunds. Please ensure all selections are correct before placing your order.
If an error is made from your end, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost, and we will arrange a replacement with an additional shipping fee.
If the error is from our end, we will replace the product at no extra charge.
Customized Products and Artworks
All custom-made products and artworks are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damaged Products
Returns or refunds for damaged or faulty products are valid within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@qreative.in along with clear photos or a video of the issue.
Our team will review the case and proceed with a replacement or refund upon approval. Once your refund is approved, we will notify you.
The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 5–8 working days.
