Jio’s Women’s Day Celebration: Mini Canvases and a Charm-Making Bar

Women’s Day celebrations often stop at cake and a group photo. For a team at Jio, the celebration had two hands-on stations, a balloon backdrop, and something for everyone to take home.

What we ran

Mini canvas painting

Small canvases on tiny easels, with cheerful designs like a little panda holding balloons. Mini canvases take less time than a full painting, so people could finish one and still visit the second station.

A charm and bracelet bar

A long table of sorted beads, charms and keychain parts, where people built their own bracelets, phone charms and keychains. People crowded around this table: it is social, quick and very personal.

Why two stations work for celebrations

  • People choose their vibe: quiet painting or a chatty bead table.
  • No queues: guests move between stations at their own pace.
  • Two keepsakes instead of one.

Little touches that made it feel special

  • A pastel balloon wall for photos with the finished pieces.
  • Tables laid out in advance, so the celebration started the moment people walked in.
  • Teams from different departments, including the kitchen team, joining in.

How a Qreative session runs

  • Zero prep for HR: our team arrives before yours, sets up every table and cleans up afterwards.
  • An artist leads: every step is demonstrated, so nobody needs to have painted before.
  • Everything included: materials, aprons and set-up.
  • Everyone takes their piece home.
  • Easy paperwork: a GST invoice for every booking, MSME compliant, one point of contact.

Bring it to your team

For Women’s Day, pairing a painting station with a craft bar gives everyone something they will enjoy.
