Monk-E’s Team Session: Painted Glass Jars and a Sticker and Charm Bar

For the team at Monk-E, we set up one very long table running the length of the room, laid with palettes, jars and trays of craft supplies, all with a big city view through the windows.
What we ran
Glass jar painting
Clear glass jars with bamboo lids, painted with hearts, swirls and patterns. Bold colours on glass look great against the light, and the jar becomes an everyday tumbler.
A sticker and charm bar
Trays of sorted charms and sheets of fun stickers for customising. It is fast, social and endlessly personal.
Why a long-table layout works
- Everyone sits together, which keeps the energy high.
- Supplies are shared, which starts conversations naturally.
- It looks amazing in photos and videos for your socials.
Made for content
For creative and social-first teams, the session itself becomes content: close-ups of paint on glass, charms being picked out, and finished pieces held up to the camera.
How a Qreative session runs
- Zero prep for HR: our team arrives before yours, sets up every table and cleans up afterwards.
- An artist leads: every step is demonstrated, so nobody needs to have painted before.
- Everything included: materials, aprons and set-up.
- Everyone takes their piece home.
- Easy paperwork: a GST invoice for every booking, MSME compliant, one point of contact.
Bring it to your team
A painting station plus a customisation bar is a great combination for celebrations and team days, because people can drift between the two.
Details in this story come from the session itself and our photos from the day.
